randomly my pc is crashing, only when on youtube wtf? or seems to be, not often.. but if im on it for say 4-5 hours it'll happen in that time.

When it crashes it gives out a static sound.. usually i just restart and all is fine.

Today I had updates from windows, tonight the crash happened only it brought up a blue screen producing some message about 'bug code usb driver' it then automatically restarted and before windows loaded the black screen at the beginning said 'A3'

anybody know what this may be? .. got a razor keyboard, drivers for that maybe? which are uptodate by the way.

I'm not really up to date with pc's anymore mate, but it could be a overheating or memory problem?

Have you tried hovering the motherboard , it might be dusty...also try pushing or wiggling the hardware about...graphic cards etc

Thanks for the advice mate gonna have a play around with it and see what it is, just one of them niggly thing i think but annoying lol

Download the free version of Driver booster 3 from here Billy. Its excellent and will update all your exesting old drivers including USB drivers.   I have the full version which automatically scans and detects out of date drivers, yet it allows you to choose whether to update any old drivers :).

Fantastic thanks rob, been up since half 6 looking at it and loads of the drivers are out of date so this will do the trick hopefully.. thanks guys wild update later when all done and dusted. Omg Driver booster 3 picked up loads of drivers to update.. this tools excellent  ;D

You wont find a better free program Billy, and in fact it's far better than going to whoever supplies your pc components for driver updates. Driver booster constantly scans your pc and component supplies for new updates, so your pc is constantly being kept up to date :). Getting the pro version is well worth the money, unless you can get it elsewhere without paying for it  ;) ;) ;).

Yeah can definitely confirm its a brilliant program, gonna leave my pc on all day to see if it crashes, but I reckon it wont now.. almost all updated  ;D thanks again m8

I think it's fixed the issue mate to be honest, left the machine on all day and no crash's which (at this time is rare) .. fingers crossed gonna keep it on the rest of the day.. hopefully it carrys on :D

Do you think it might fix my disappearing hard drive defraggler is telling me the drive health is good but it keeps disappearing and I have to rescan to detect the drive and it's pain cause my steam and origin games are stored on this drive

Well since updating my drivers yesterday morning I left my pc on all day n all night.. no crashes!! Thank you rob, reepa and yogi.. its fixed!
