some of you may have noticed I haven't been playing much Dayz this week
well I have been busy playing around with a new theme for the site to update it
here is a quick look at it please do not try to register or post on the site as its only for me to edit on without messing up this site
when I am happy I will move the theme here or the database across to the new site

The new site is up and running
This is a fresh install but I have transferred the posts and users over
no pm's have been transferred and at this time the users are not all in the right groups as they don't all show up but as users are posting on the old site I changed it over
if you want to access information on the old site you can until I delete it

Clear pm log as it says you have pm when its empty
The site width maybe a little narrow

I think that clan member status icon/bar (graph under username) should be alligned/scalled in a different way.
It doesnt look nice because the graphics is too far on the right and goes into the post text area.

I will look at the smiley sets later and add the like and dislike buttons and other gif icons again

2 propositions:
1st. Is it possible to place option "Remember logged in"? Everytime I visit the sit I have to login again and again. It's not as much irritating but would make surfing the site more comfortable.
2nd. On my laptop I have 1366x768 resolution and I have to scroll horizontaly to see whole site (shoutbox is behind the screen). It would be great if the site could fit in that resolution if possible :)

we are all gamers dude nearly all of us have widescreen monitors it fits perfect on mine :)

I have changed the cookie time to 24hrs rather than 1 hr
the width of the site code be edited but its 1400px width as the gif image in the header is this size if I make it smaller I will have to edit the gif image as it doesn't work on a % size and I made it 1400PX to make the view and layout of the site a little better as when it was smaller (below 1200px) it was abit squashed
when I get time I will look at making a more mobile friendly size but I cant make it fit everyones screen after all some play on 10in notebooks (blackwolf) and others on 32in screens
at this time I am just trying to get the basics sorted
the old site was 100% wide

With the site width I found the solution to fit it into my screen with no changes from Your side.
I just scalled it in Firefox with "Ctrl" + "-". The font got a bit smaller but at least I see whole page now.

I have widescreen monitor too m8 but as I gues mine's default resolution is a bit smaller than Your's.

Why there is no "Edit" button?
because to many people were posting things then halfway through a topic they would go back and edit the first post so topics made no sense

There is good solution for this, I've experienced on some other forum.
After You post You have 10 mins for edit in case You forgot about sth and then "Edit" button magically disappears. That gives You a chance to correct Your anserw instead of posting on and on, sentence by sentence, which fills up post database really qick.
Sadly at this time the only options are allow edit which is unlimited time or don't allow
When I get 5 mins I will look to see if there is a modification we can install to edit this option to a time limit
