2Teamspeak Admins are not allowed to create private/personal channels using their own name.
3 channels can be deemed as being private, but only on a temporary basis whilst a private game/conversation is in progress.
4 Teamspeak Admins are not allowed to issue guests with any channel rights whatsoever.
